Why not glitter bomb your enemy for a small fee? A company in Australia called Ship Your Enemies Glitter is offering just that. For the low price of $9.99 AUS, the company will send an envelope full of glitter, which will burst upon opening. The package also includes a letter outlining why the person got glitter bombed and how awful they are.
Of course, the glitter bomb isn’t just for enemies; you can also send it to friends and coworkers as a prank. It also makes a wonderful payback gift when getting even with someone who pranked you.
So why glitter? Think about it; it’s an effective way for inconveniencing someone. Glitter sticks everywhere: on your clothes, in your hair, on the carpet, and so on. It’s also hard to get rid of especially the ones that get deeply embedded into the fabric or your hair follicles.

Glitter bombs have also been used by activists and directed at political figures or celebrities. It has been employed frequently by same-sex marriage advocates, and victims have included GOP figures, such as Michelle Bachmann, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum, and Mitt Romney. Glitter bombing, though, isn’t used strictly against politicians. Back in 2012, Kim Kardashian was hit with a flour bomb. The motive was unclear, though the attacker was believed to be an animal rights activist targeting Kardashian for wearing fur coats.
Some have also argued that glitter bombing should be made illegal and be classified as assault due to the possibility of the glitter causing injury if it gets in the victim’s eyes, nostril, or throat.
For the most part, though, glitter bombing your enemies or even friends seems like a fairly harmless way to get even with someone without taking things too far.
