Patrick Schwarzenegger is dating Miley Cyrus, but could their relationship be jeopardizing his trust fund?

Reportedly, Schwarzenegger’s relationship with Cyrus could cost him his $32 million fortune should he not call time on their romance before his 25th birthday. The 21-year-old actor was said to be ordered to break things off by his parents Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver or else be cut off from his large trust fund.

A friend of the family reportedly said, “They are both convinced she is a negative influence on their son and are determined to end the relationship.”

Patrick Schwarzenegger has been dating Miley Cyrus for a few months not, but has said that he would “rather be with Miley than have the money.”

Schwarzenegger brought Cyrus with him to visit some of his relatives in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts during the recent holiday period, but reportedly his decision caused some exasperation within his family. A friend of his parents said, “Maria especially is hoping the shock tactic of threatening to cut him off financially will scare him into giving Miley the elbow. He and his mom had a huge argument during which he told her she and Arnie could stick their cash ‘where the sun don’t shine.’ He said he’d rather be with Miley than have the money. It’s upsetting for Maria and Arnie because they fear Miley will lead him astray, then break his heart.”

It was recently said that his family had given their seal of approval over their union, but that could be mere speculation. Other rumors have suggested that the young couple were already expecting their first child and had tied the knot in a secret wedding ceremony. A recent issue of Life & Style suggested that Cyrus was banned from Schwarzenegger’s family home and that the singer had refused to stop partying.
