Twitter users love to insult celebrities. From name calling and threats, to outright lies, there has never been a lack of mean tweets. Jimmy Kimmel likes to convince celebrities to read some of the mean tweets people post about them on the 140-character based social media network.

You know the mantra “never read the comments,” it turns out that reading those comments out loud can be both funny and therapeutic.

This time around, the “mean” tweets are more of a punchline than an actual insult. The change of pace makes several of Kimmel’s participants break out in laughter.
