Lindsay Lohan Taking Action Against Grand Theft Auto V

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly called up her lawyers and she wants something done about Grand Theft Auto V. She’s saying that the game is using her likeness without her permission.

Lindsay’s lawyers are reportedly currently working on a lawsuit against Rockstar Games, because they want Rockstar Games to shell out some major dough to Lindsay for using her “image” in the games.

So, why does Linday Lohan think that Rockstar Games would use her image in Grand Theft Auto V?

#1: She thinks she looks like this…

Apparently, Lindsay Lohan thinks she’s sexy or something and looks like the blonde video game character in the picture above. In all actuality, the blonde babe could be based off of any typical blonde California girl that has implants.

There’s already been a good bit of discussion on who inspired the character pictured above. Most people think the character looks like she was based off of Kate Upton or Shelby Welinder.

Lindsay Lohan’s name never came about until she fired up this ridiculous lawsuit.

#2: A character has to escape the paparazzi.

At one point in the game there’s a mission where you help a girl get home and escape the paparazzi.

#3: The most far-fetched one of all.

There’s another mission in the game where you have to go to a hotel which somewhat resembles the Chateau Marmont hotel, which is located in West Hollywood. This is a place that Lindsay Lohan frequents and she actually lived there for a period of time.

Anyways, the mission involves going to the hotel and photographing a certain woman having sex on camera.

This is just another typical Lohan scheme, because the whole family is apparently sue happy and love scandals. Lindsay is probably just hoping that Rockstar Games will want to give her a nice chunk of change and just settle out of court.

I honestly don’t see where she has anything on Rockstar Games.
