Just do it. I’m lovin’ it. Where’s the beef? You can’t underestimate the power of great slogan. Unfortunately, you can’t really trust them either. A group of Redditors have been toiling for more than 24 hours now in an attempt to create some honest company slogans.
Now, I’m not a Reddit historian but I believe the trend started in the Ask Reddit when John The Scatman posted a simple question to the group: If every company had an honest slogan, what would they be?
Redditors quickly started to replay, giving companies like Nike, McDonald’s and Target new slogans (“Just Buy It,” “You Only Have $4,” and “Because You Don’t Want To Go To Walmart”) but the meme didn’t take off until the slogans were added to real ads.
Now, you could go search through Reddit and find dozens of “Are We Still Doing Honest Company Slogans” submissions but the BieverLord has already done most of the work for you. You can check out the full Imgur gallery here or click through SND’s favorite Honest Company Slogans below.
