You just listened to Imagine Dragon’s great contribution to making sure there’s peace around the world through the guide of music. Then you make a blog post about how amazing this concert is, and share a thing or two about the stuff you’ve been doing all day, the great secrets you’ve been told. You write them in a blog post for everyone to see, rally on and rake in on the goods of what you have shared. Then a day after you realize you’re in the news for what you had said, had impressed upon your blog as just sheer wholesome recreational comment. Now you’re doomed, because the internet starts to plague your ideas that destroy you and the thoughts that hinder you to get the job you need. Then suddenly, you wake up. Darkness un-falls.
The point of this anecdote is that the internet can be a help and also be a gargantuan source of trouble for people. Look at Edward Snowden’s Reddit and how he became one of the most prominent people being watched out for just in case he does something nefarious and expository of the wrongs of secret government groups. Look at Julian Assange, and how his freedom became all the more hindered and lowered and rendered futile just because he’d exposed the truth. The point is the internet is a miasma of terror, but still, you’re using your Facebook right now virtually unharmed. The secret there is the fact that there are protectors of the internet. And if you want to thank these organizations and people in advance, go read this infographic.
