In the world of fitness, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is all the rage. You can almost walk into any gym and find them offering some kind of class related to HIIT. However, as the name suggests, it is high intensity. For those of you who jump into anything cause it will help you get “ripped” and look “attractive,” maybe it’s time to learn a bit more about what each exercising regime is all about. This infographic from fitBug highlights the good, the bad and the ugly of HIIT. If you are currently enrolled in this training or are thinking about it, I highly suggest you take a look and educate yourself about not just the goods but the bad as well.
