INinbox Review – Optimized E-mail Campaigns

INinbox Review – the way to create a wide variety of e-mail campaigns

By now, many consumers have grown very talented at recognizing spam when it hits their inboxes. At one glance, they can isolate the junk from legitimate e-mails and delete those e-mails with a few clicks–if those e-mails land in their inboxes, rather than their spam folders.

INinbox optimizes e-mail campaigns to make them as effective as possible. This INinbox review will look at the app’s tools to create, send, and manage e-mail campaigns, as well as its integrations with the apps businesses already use.

INinbox Review – About the Product

With a firm grasp of the tools businesses use each day, the team at INinbox strives to provide solutions that not only improve e-mail marketing, but integrate with other popular business software. Tools like Salesforce, PayPal, WooCommerce, and more than 200 other applications can be connected to a business’s INinbox account with only one click. With a user-friendly interface and flexibility that helps its clients succeed, INinbox is a tool that can help businesses of all sizes with their e-mail campaigns.

Main Functionality of INinbox

Whether a business is sending a newsletter or e-mail marketing message, INinbox works to ensure an e-mail is not only seen, but retains its original format no matter what device a customer uses to view it. Businesses can choose from a selection of customizable templates or create e-mails in text format in just a few clicks.

Within INinbox, users can not only create and send e-mails, they can also track the success of those e-mails after the fact. This helps inform future campaigns to improve results. INinbox shows how many people opened an e-mail, how many clicked a link, where the interested customers are located, and more.

Benefits of Using INinbox

With many e-mail marketing solutions, a mandatory footer is used with every template. This footer includes required information such as unsubscribe links. INinbox provides marketers the ability to remove that footer, which can cause problems on certain screens. The mandatory unsubscribe information can then be delivered in the business’s preferred format. In some cases, such as an e-mail welcoming a new customer, the unsubscribe information can be left off altogether.

Another benefit of INinbox is the ability to automate time-consuming tasks by connecting the account to other services, like Salesforce. E-mails can then be sent using information stored in existing databases, eliminating the need to import that information.

The Basics: What Does It Look Like?

At initial login, the user will be presented with his dashboard, where he’ll begin setting up his account. This can be done in three steps, starting with creating a new e-mail list. By clicking on the first icon, the user will begin this process.

Overview

Clicking “Create a New List” will take the user to the screen where he can set up his mailing list options. By choosing a single opt-in list, a business sets the list up so that customers are captured automatically once a webform is completed. A double opt-in list sends an e-mail that requires clicking on the link to confirm they want to be added.

Creating new lists

Once an e-mail list has been created, the user is taken to a page displaying all lists that have been created.

All lists created

Once you’ve set up your list, you can add contacts. You can either do this by clicking on Add Contacts in the left column of the My Lists page or by clicking on the link to add contacts on the main dashboard. Once you’re in the Add Contacts area, you’ll be presented with several options for populating your lists.

My lists

Once your e-mail lists are ready, you can send your first broadcast. The link to do this is on the bottom of the dashboard page or in the header Menu through “Broadcast”.

The software walks a user through the steps of creating and sending a broadcast. The broadcast can be initiated immediately or sent at a later date. Once the broadcast has been sent, a user can view its status at the bottom of the dashboard or in the report section, which can be accessed by clicking the main menu item “Reports” (pictured above).

Support Information

In the bottom right corner of each screen is a “Contact us!” button. Clicking on that pulls up a form that allows users to initiate a chat during business hours or leave a note for a reply during off hours.

Pricing Information

Plans start at $5 per month, with all plans including unlimited e-mail broadcasts. The $5 plan includes up to 500 subscribers, so a business’s price will go up as more subscribers sign up.

INinbox Review – The Bottom Line

INinbox has a clean, appealing layout, but there is a slight learning curve for new members. With so many options, though, businesses can create a wide variety of campaigns, with each one being unique.
