Multiple unconfirmed reports say Nelson was found dead Saturday evening in his Los Angeles condo after police responded to a 911 call for an unconscious man around 9:25 p.m.

Although police have not yet released the man’s identity, multiple occupants of Sierra Towers, a popular 31-story West Hollywood high-rise, have confirmed that it was Nelson’s condo police responded to and a single body was carried out of the apartment on a stretcher.

Nelson’s agent Gregg Klein has dispelled the rumor that the Breakfast Club actor is dead. Klein has hustled over to Nelson’s house, and snapped a picture with him and the Los Angeles Times to prove he’s alive and well.

Jean-Pierre Henrau, Nelson’s longtime manager, has no clue how the rumor even came about. He claims Nelson doesn’t even live where the article says he died. He goes on to say Nelson is in perfect shape, and just shot an episode of the upcoming television series Empire, which will appear on Fox.
