1. Things
I use Things. It helps me organize my to-do lists for the day. I can pull tasks from various projects into my list. I can organize by how long a task will take me, so if I have some downtime I can knock out any task that only takes 15 minutes. – Tom Alexander, PK4 Media

3. Google Calendar

5. Rapid Planning Management (RPM)
I use Rapid Planning Management (RPM) by Tony Robbins for scheduling and managing tasks. RPM is my favorite tool for keeping my calendar organized because it not only requires that I get things scheduled in my Google Calendar, but it also helps me prioritize what tasks are most important to accomplish. 6. Fantastical 2
Fantastical is the stock iPhone calendar app on steroids, and supports both iCloud and Google Exchange. It’s a great tool for staying organized. – Josh Weiss, Bluegala
7. Calendly
Calendly has been a great way of keeping my calendar organized. I have a lot of people who try to set up meetings with me and I can simply send people my link at Calendly. I’m a big fan of apps that have pretty, vivid colors — and that is certainly Awesome Note. In this app, they organize your different calendars by color, importance and type of project.
