Scott Stapp Homeless And Poor [Video]

Scott Stapp is homeless and broke, according to a video posted to the former Creed frontman’s official Facebook page. The singer shared the fifteen minute video stating that his finances are in ruin and that there are people out there looking to discredit him. He even went as far as saying that he’s had to live in his truck and go without food for two days, which landed him in the hospital.

Stapp is homeless currently and according to the video, living in a Holiday Inn. Stapp addressed a recent death hoax and rumors that he was on drugs, stating that he has been getting blood and urine tests once a week in case someone tried to “call him to the carpet on it.”

Stapp claims that eight weeks ago, he began an audit of his record company as well as his personal finances due to an “attack” that he’s been under. The singer said that a lot of money was stolen from him and royalties went unpaid.

Coincidentally, Stapp’s wife Jaclyn recently filed for divorce from the rocker, citing irreconcilable differences. Reportedly, she claims that he sent her strange text messages with regard to Alcoholics Anonymous and God. Some of the messages read:

“Florida is not safe. Biological weapons on the way. U have to leave with kids and meet me in Atlanta.”

“I’m coming to get you Satan and children. No mercy. You know how this ends. God created you and now God is ending you.”

“God is also telling me something about Palm Springs and Nashville so there’s a connection somehow. He’s also telling me DEA for some reason.”

“Wells Fargo working out my account problems. I’m out of gas. Haven’t eaten all day. I’m asking if they can spot me $1,000 so I don’t fall over from malnutrition.”

“I wouldn’t doubt it if the CIA is behind Alcoholics Anonymous.”

Stapp is homeless now and has had previously suffered from mental illness as he has threatened to kill himself on two separate occasions in the past. Let’s hope that he gets the help he needs and they welcome him “with arms wide open.”
