Ndamukong Suh was originally suspended from the Detroit Lions’s playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys. However, he has won his appeal, and will able to play.
Whether his stepping on Aaron Rodgers was intentional or not is still up for debate, but the aggressive behavior was not enough to warrant a 1-game suspension after all.
It was previously reported that Suh would not be able to play this weekend, and with great joy for fans of the Detroit Lions, they will be able to see their veteran defensive tackle on the field against the Cowboys. Instead of being suspended for the game, been fined $70,000.
It would have been quite a difficult task for the Detroit Lions to travel to Dallas without Ndamukong Suh, especially with their other defensive star, Nick Fairley, out due to an injury he suffered in week 8.
The Lions lost to the Packers in their previous game when Suh made the controversial hit, and while some thought it could have cost them their hopes at winning a playoff game, he will be able to play, and could end up being the difference maker in a tough upcoming game.

Not sure if it made a difference or not but I hear Ndamukong Suh attended his appeal hearing in person today.

Heading into the playoffs, the Lions have a #5 seed, and face the #4 seeded Dallas Cowboys, who have been dominating opponents recently. The return of Suh is great news for the Lions, but may be dangerous for Tony Romo and the Cowboys.
It is not a huge surprise that the veteran member of the Detroit Lions was able to win his appeal since during the game, and with replays, there is no way to tell whether he truly meant to step on Aaron Rodgers’ leg, or if it was just an accident.
They are certainly going to need him when facing the Cowboys this weekend, a team that possesses one of the league’s most explosive offenses, averaging 29.2 points per game.
Due to his reputation as a dirty player, people tend to criticize everything that Ndamukong Suh does, but could the move simply have been an accident? What do you think?
