Dustin Diamond Arrested For Reckless Endangerment With Switchblade

Dustin Diamond was arrested! The Saved By The Bell actor was busted for reckless endangerment with a concealed weapon according to a breaking news story from TMZ.

According to the celebrity gossip website, Diamond was arrested early Friday morning, December 26th in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin where he resides. Fox6 reports:

Diamond was taken into custody for possession of a switchblade, first degree recklessly endangering safety and carrying a concealed weapon.

Diamond is scheduled to appear in a Ozaukee County Court at 1:30 p.m. Friday, December 26th.

TMZ reports that the actor got into a bar fight, which preceded his arrest on the charges:

The Ozaukee County Sheriff says Diamond was arrested early Friday morning for possession of a switchblade, reckless endangerment and carrying a concealed weapon.

Details surrounding the “Saved By the Bell” star’s arrest are unclear at this point … but one source tells us he was taken into custody after getting into a bar fight.

Diamond’s bail is set for $1K … and as of this post, he hasn’t bonded out.

Diamond’s arrest is currently making headlines, but so far the actor is said to be currently incarcerated and unable to comment on the news. Reportedly, the actor’s bond was set for the sum of $1,000 – but he has yet to post bail and is still behind bars in Ozaukee County jail.

There are no updates on the story currently, but we will update this post as new information is made available. Diamond is due in court at 1:30PM, so perhaps he will be freed on his own recognizance and able to be released from jail.
