Christina Aguilera called Mickey Mouse an “a**hole” according to a new report from celebrity gossip website TMZ. The website reports that Aguilera wanted to meet up with Mickey Mouse and have a photo taken with him, but stated that he went on break, causing the star to go into a tirade and curse the famous mouse.

Aguilera celebrated her 34th birthday on December 18, 2014 at Disney’s California Adventure in Anaheim, but was allegedly upset at Mickey for his refusal to meet up and take a picture with the singer and her crew. The man in the famed mouse costume needed to go on break, allegedly causing the singer to be upset. Celebuzz reports that security needed to be called after the singer said, “Do you know who I am?” to the park’s employees.

Despite the rumors that Christina Aguilera called Mickey Mouse an “a**hole”, the singer had a great time at the park. She shared the above picture on her Instagram account with the caption: “Fun birthday celebration at the happiest place on earth #disneyland”.

Christina Aguilera has had a long affiliation with Disney, first becoming a Mouseketeer on the show as a young girl. Even more recently, Aguilera was said to be cooking up a new show featuring Las Vegas theme, tentatively titled Hearts And Clubs. The show is slated on ABC Family, which as you may know, is owned by Disney. The show reportedly “follows a group of Las Vegas entertainers as they fall in and out of love in the ultimate city of Sin” and Aguilera is said to be “actively involved in the development of the project.”

Are the gossip outlets using “Christina Aguilera calls Mickey Mouse an ‘a**hole'” for the sake of search engine rankings? One has to wonder because she has had nothing but love for the house of mouse since she was young. What do you think?
